It's our second birthday this month! Can you believe that it is two years since www.amiaonline.co.uk got off the ground?! We can't!

This month's Health section includes articles on from herbal help for all kinds of skin problems, the joys of walking (and Nordic walking) and ways to make the most of all those gorgeous summer vegetables that are around right now.

Our Career articles include another dip into our Coaching Casebook, ways to make networking enjoyable and tips to apply when starting your own business.

You and Your Life includes features on what music means to two of our contributors, why so many of us love beaches and on the beauty of locally grown, seasonal flowers.

Our Younique section includes summer style ideas from Think Boutique's Victoria McQuillan, an interview with Marie Hall (the founder of Bloom Remedies) and a chance to hear all about Louise Collis's plans to paint a picture every day for a year!

We've also introduced some new features this month - in line with our birthday celebrations! "Message in A Bottle" looks at the kinds of funny, moving or thought-provoking notes we might all like someone else to find. "Spotlight", another of our new features, focuses on specific events and occasions. This month, Tara Howard tells us about the Venus Awards for women. "Anyone for Coffee" introduces the first of a series of glimpses into some of the loveliest coffee and tea shops we could discover and what makes them so special.

In addition, we feature some great "outdoor" recipes from Erin Baker in "Recipe Corner", plus our usual book and music reviews and a twist on our "What Your Mum Could Tell You" section, in the form of a short story. "Around the World" celebrates the eclectic city of Milan whilst this month's "Then and Now" focuses on our memories of picnics - yes, it's that time of year again!

Have a fantastic July - enjoy the sunshine and enjoy the new edition of www.amiaonline.co.uk

Happy reading!
