Welcome to our August issue!

This month's Health section includes herbal tips for digestion, ways to get juicing and more ideas on how to get out and about in the fresh air.

This month's Career articles include the benefits of "bite-sized coaching" and a variety of useful career lessons and tips - all those things we wish we had known from the start! In addition, Jess Harrington tells us about how she developed her career in design.

You and Your Life includes a feature on edible bus stops - yes, you read that correctly! We also share some of Georgie Newbery's stunningly beautiful locally grown flowers and we talk to artisan bakers about the craft behind their wonderful bakes.

Our Younique section includes a visit to the Grace and Ted boutique, a delve into the natural beauty of Kirsty Elson's driftwood creations and a range of DIY natural beauty tips.

This month's "Message in A Bottle"  is a thought-provoking reflection on the impact just one person can have on the life of a young person.  "Spotlight" focuses on a workplace wellbeing group - very topical area.  "Anyone for Coffee" focuses on the story behind Edinburgh's first soup café, The Union of Genius.

In addition, we feature more lovely recipes from Erin Baker in "Recipe Corner", plus our usual book and music reviews and a reflection on those things that remind us of our mums in "What Your Mum Could Tell You". "Around the World" visits the Isle of Man, whilst this month's "Then and Now" focuses on our memories of holidays - it must be August!

Happy reading!
