We are delighted to announce the launch of Edition 3, packed with a diverse range of articles on the things that you have told us you most want to read about!

To coincide with the London Olympics and the launch of our third edition on 7th August, we are currently donating £2 from every subscription we receive to the British Olympic Foundation.

The Foundation aims to create learning opportunities through sport and education to encourage personal development, fair play and personal excellence. The initiatives they support include sports camps, workshops, conferences, international exchanges and education packs and they aim to touch young people’s lives with the Olympic dream. We think that’s a great aspiration and is totally in line with the positive and natural emphasis of our magazine.

We aim to feature a different charity every month - so please write and tell us about your favourites! We want to profile “unsung” charities as well as more familiar ones so that we can publicise and support the widest range of interests.

Contact us at to tell us who you feel we should be highlighting each month - and please encourage all your friends to subscribe this month and help us to support the British Olympic Foundation along the way!

As we go to print, Team GB are doing amazing things at the London Olympics. Do check out our article on Winning Teams this month - it includes lots of tips on how to ensure your team is a winning team too!

For those of you who have been inspired to get out there and take up some sport, read our "You and Your Health" article on cycling - it may encourage you to get pedalling again! Also, please read our "Amia Women" article on the inspirational Emma Ruffle - a Breeze Bike Champion.

If you want to inspire other people around you to achieve their goals and dreams, read the third article in our ongoing series on "Coaching in Action" - proving that there really is a coach inside all of us.

If you want to add some summertime "zing" to your life, read this month's "You-Nique" article on "Burnt Orange" - it will certainly bring you some sunshine on a rainy day!

Happy reading!
