We are delighted to announce the launch of Edition 4, packed with a wide range of articles on career issues, health and wellbeing, style and lifestyle. We've listened to your ideas on what you would like to see included and this month's edition includes a wide range of interviews with inspirational women.

In You and Your Career this month, we talk to Karen Bass, one of the UK's top natural history film producers, about her varied and amazing experiences and on the positive impact of working with David Attenborough. We also talk to Di Mager about the joys of matching guide dogs with their partners and about her rewarding and fun career with Guide Dogs for the Blind. Both Karen and Di share some of their personal career tips with us. Do take a look at the beautiful images in both these articles.

In You and Your Life, Lucy Bowden shares her lifetime love of angling and her quest to motivate more women to become involved - again, do take a look at Lucy's amazing photos.

September's Woman of the Month features Helene Turner's story of facing and overcoming life's challenges whilst Sharon MacInnes relates her passion for canoeing and her spirit of adventure for this month's Amia Women. In Women Around the World, we talk to Ashley Moore in Fort Lauderdale, Florida about living in the States, scuba diving and her work with autism.  So, as you can see, plenty of variety to read about in this month's magazine.
